Founder | Master Colorist | Educator
Jasmin is the founder of Oasis at the River Room, a master colorist, and an educator with over 10 years of experience. Trained by DiPietro Todd and the House of Sassoon in London, she approaches color with both technical mastery and refined intuition, designing dimensional, lived-in hair that feels effortless yet elevated.
Her method is deeply intentional: every tone, placement, and formula is crafted to enhance natural beauty and suit her clients' lifestyles. Jasmin also leads color direction at Oasis and mentors rising artists, with Gabby, her resident colorist, applying base color using Jasmin’s exact formulations.
Inspired by the harmony of nature, Jasmin created Oasis as a creative refuge—where education, artistry, and client care converge. She has led her team to the Los Angeles GLAAD Awards, where Oasis served as the official salon partner and styling team for two consecutive years.

Co-founder | Master Colorist | Educator
Growing up in a family of hairdressers and hair educators, Moises has always had a passion for the beauty industry and constant learning. After finishing beauty college in the Monterey area, he moved to San Francisco in 2009 to begin training at DiPietro Todd to specialize in hair color. After finishing training, he developed his career as a colorist, building and working on a wide range of clientele and striving to make everyone feel great about their hair.
Today, Moises credits his 15 years of experience behind the chair and his education as the key to his success. As co-owner of Oasis, Moises continues to create a professional and comfortable experience for every client who comes and sits in his chair.
